Charcoalish Art, operated under 812 Marketing LLC, creates original artwork, commissioned artwork, and fine art reproductions. Due to the custom and collectible nature of artwork, refund and return eligibility is limited as outlined below.
1. General Policy Overview
All artwork sales are considered final sale unless specific conditions described in this policy are met.
By completing a purchase, collectors acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Return Policy.
2. Original Artwork
2.1 Final Sale Status
All original artwork purchases are final sale once shipped or delivered.
Original artwork is considered a one-of-one collectible and cannot be replaced or reproduced.
2.2 Exceptions for Damage
Refunds, repairs, or replacements may be offered only if:

3. Commissioned Artwork

3.2 Mid-Project Cancellations
If a collector cancels a commission after work has begun:

3.3 Completed Commissions
Completed commissioned artwork is considered final sale once approved by the collector or once final delivery occurs.
Refunds or replacements apply only to verified shipping damage.
4. Prints and Reproductions
Fine art prints, limited editions, and print-on-demand products are final sale except when:

8. Return Shipping

Charcoalish Art reserves the right to dispute fraudulent refund requests or chargebacks. Documentation including shipping confirmation, signed delivery records, and claim correspondence may be used to defend legitimate transactions.
